Charakteristika
The Pohůrka motorway tunnel is a part of the D3 motorway Úsilné – Hodějovice section (km 131.240–138.450). The tunnel is located southeast of the city center of České Budějovice near the Suchá Vrbné district and the municipalities of Dobrá Voda and Stará Pohůrka (Fig. 1). The total length of the tunnel is 999.5 m. The tunnel is constructed as a shallow excavation in a relatively flat, undeveloped area just below the bed of the Dobrovodský stream. It is a reinforced concrete structure with lanes in separate tunnel tubes and the planned service life is at least 100 years.
